Changes in the management teams of ELKO Group Headquarters and the Baltics Sales Office

In the autumn of this year, changes will take place in the management team of ELKO HQ and the management of the Baltics Sales Office. This will mark a new phase of development placing an even greater focus on the group's growth.
ELKO Group CEO, Svens Dinsdorfs, explains: “We’ve been working on process optimization over the course of this year – reviewing both functions and costs in order to increase operational efficiency and to improve collaboration with our sales offices in all 11 countries. ELKO has always set ambitious goals, which cannot be achieved by standing still. We are proud of the growth of our employees within the company, which shows their trust in us, a desire to develop and the courage to take on new responsibilities to boost the company’s growth.”

From October 1 the current Baltics Sales Office Director, Martins Pavlovskis (on the left of the picture), will be joining the management team of ELKO HQ as a Regional Director. He will coordinate, promote and organize collaboration between the Headquarters and the Sales Offices. Pavlovskis has been the Head of the Baltics Sales Office for three years establishing a successful sales strategy in the Baltic States and Poland and improving customer relations. He has also made a significant contribution to the development of business strategy in Romania and Ukraine, showing his deep involvement in HQ decision-making and execution.

Pavlovskis’ position will be filled by Andrejs Gavrilovs (on the right of the picture), the current Baltics Sales Director. Gavrilovs has been with ELKO Group since 2009, proving his professionalism and leadership skills. He has set up a strong sales team, introduced innovative sales and employee management methods and developed customer-oriented sales processes in the Baltic States.
We believe that Martins’ experience and success will serve as an excellent base for him to successfully fulfil his new responsibilities and to promote better cooperation within the group. We also feel very confident in putting Andrejs in control – his experience will help ensure the focused growth of the Baltics Sales Office.
