Assistant to Management Partner

  • Schedule and organize meetings
  • Coordinate meetings by preparing agenda, capturing major takeaways and ensuring follow-up
  • Perform data analysis, prepare presentations and other required materials
  • Communicate with ELKO Management and other stakeholders on matters related to management initiatives
  • Participate in initiated project development, management and implementation
  • Higher education in entrepreneurship, economics or financial management
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English languages
