For an estimations of distributors activity editorial board of CRN / RE chose the 13 criteria: "Price", "Profit program (including discount, rebate, etc.)", "Assortment range", "The presence of the product in stock", "The presence of B2B system (the possibility of making orders online, tracking of goods, etc.)", "The presence of clear standards (formal rules, procedures) to work with partners", "The flexibility and individual approach to partner", "The ability to solve problems", "Relationship Management with Vendors", "Financial support (loans / leasing / factoring, etc.)", "Consultation, assistance in project development", "Marketing Support", "Anti-crisis support".
Respondents had to fill a questionnaire consisting of four tables. Final evaluation of the distributor on a particular criteria was calculated by finding the average estimation for each point..
