With the aim to optimise sales processes and improve client service quality in the Baltic countries ELKO Group JSC management has decided to restructure the company’s sales structure in the Baltic market. The changes have been realised for ELKO operations in Latvia and Estonia already last year and from May – the next stage for ELKO business effectiveness and optimisation in the Baltic region will be implemented.
From May 1, 2008 all business operations and liabilities of ELKO Kaunas UAB will be overtaken by the mother company ELKO Group JSC. The Baltic product management and warehouse team located in Riga will take over processes with products in Lithuania, implementing more powerful business processes caused by Baltic synergy. Thereby ELKO will fully implement ELKO Pan-Baltic product management. In Lithuania ELKO will be represented by the current, even more developed sales team, thus providing more flexible and direct cooperation with our customers.
