On September 25 ELKOTex Slovenia celebrated its 5th anniversary as a member of the ELKO Group. More than 100 guests - key Slovenian computer equipment resellers and integrators, world’s leading IT manufacturers and ELKO Group management - gathered together on this occasion. The celebration took place in a village Dol, which is situated in very south of Slovenia on the bank of river Kolpa that now can be called also ‘the end of Europe’ because it draws the new EU border.

During the official part world's recognized IT vendors Intel, Fujitsu, Seagate and Western Digital presented their future plans, new products and position in the Slovenian market and awarded the best ELKOTex customer for year 2004 achievements.

ELKOTex Slovenia is one of ELKO Group most active offices and they chose to celebrate the anniversary in very active and sporty way - all guests were involved in various activities and adventures in the open air. ELKOTex Slovenia team kept the adrenaline level of participants high during all day – imagine rafting, climbing down into a cave or hiking 600m high Kozice hill! The gests also enjoyed arch and air-gun shooting, horseshoe throwing contest, bike-riding around the area and much more.
In the evening everybody had a lot of stories and impressions to share and even the rain that was refreshing ELKOTex Slovenia anniversary participants time to time did not affect the overall great mood during the whole celebration. And the bright and joyful fireworks kept everybody sparkling during all the way back home.
