Founded on May 14th in 1993 by four Latvian young men today ELKO Group has grown into a multinational half billion $ company with 361 employees. What started small grew bigger and bigger over time and today it is a huge enterprise with a significant importance for the customers in wide region and world’s known IT producers.

On May 13, 2005 ELKO Group’s headquarters employees were invited to company’s 12^th anniversary celebration - a special dinner in one of Riga’s Old town best restaurants “Kalku Varti”.

ELKO Group President Egons Mednis opened the celebration dinner by greeting and thanking all employees for their contribution in ELKO success and then gave the floor to the CEO Jens Hartmann and CEO Janis Casno who spoke about the history, development and future vision of ELKO Group, and importance of the teamwork for the continuous growth and success of the company.

Each department director received for themselves and for their teams special ELKO membership pins and addressed exciting speeches to all employees. Party continued with delicious dinner and much fun - karaoke, photos, champagne and birthday cake.
